Payment Policy
To take service, you need to pay an advance amount for the booking package.
We need a 30% advance of the total package amount for starting the booking process.
After confirmation, we require an additional 35% amount for package confirmation.
The remaining balance of 35% must be paid upon arrival.
Full payment is required in advance in the case of Helicopter / Flight / Cruise bookings.
If payment is made by Cheque, it should be done at least 01 week before the delivery of travel documents / travel date; otherwise, the booking will be released.
We need all payments in advance before starting the tour if hotels or transporters do not agree otherwise.
Cancellation Policy
Helicopter / Flight Bookings: Booking amount will be non-refundable (as per airline/helicopter policy matters).
40 Days before tour departure: 70% of the package amount will be refundable (OR you can adjust your advance token amount for a future booking).
20 Days before tour departure: 50% of the package amount will be refundable.
10 Days before tour departure: 25% of the package amount will be refundable.
07 Days before tour departure: No package cost refund will be provided.
Cancellation charges for Air Tickets, Train Tickets, Star Cruises, Safaris, Monument Tickets, and Tent Bookings shall apply strictly as per their respective vendor rules/vouchers.
In case of special journeys and high peak season bookings (20th Dec to 15th Jan), a separate cancellation policy applies.
General Terms and Conditions
Hotel and airline cancellation policies depend on their own rules. We make changes accordingly and provide base category rooms in hotels. If you require upper-category rooms, please confirm before booking.
You are required to ensure that you are adequately insured for the full duration of the tour regarding illness, injury, death, loss of baggage, personal items, cancellation, and curtailment. The choice of insurer is at the sole discretion of the client.
Passengers/Clients are self-responsible for their health conditions. Kindly consult with your doctor and carry necessary medicines before joining the tour.
If traveling during high peak season (20th Dec - 15th Jan) or around major festivals, full payment is required to reserve your space, and special cancellation policies will apply.
For your safety and comfort, we reserve the right to alter itineraries dictated by factors such as weather, road conditions, or participant safety.
Itineraries provided are sample trip schedules. Please review all details before final confirmation.
All bookings with minors are subject to review. Accompanying adults are responsible for securing necessary legal consents and documentation. Virtuous Holidays is not responsible for losses incurred due to missing documentation.
Any hike in entrance fees of monuments/museums, Taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges by the Govt. of India after cost finalization will be charged extra.
Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify rates without notice; quoted rates may change accordingly. Standard check-in and check-out times apply.
Virtuous Holidays reserves the right regarding compliance; if you deposit Rs. 1,99,999/- or more in a financial year exceeding limits, legal penalties (up to 100%) as per government norms may apply.
